Zelda Puzzle (2026/02/06)

I was playing a 2D coop Zelda game with someone, and struggling with a puzzle. There was a verticle corridor with torches along the sides (looked like square fire pits), and there were panels near the torches that needed to be activated. The panels on the right needed to be hit by a boomerang that had passed over a torch first, lighting the boomerang on fire. The panels on the left could only be activated by the boomerang if it didn't pass over a torch, and they were arranged close to the torch to make it more difficult.

The panels were on a timer, so both of us needed to take a side and activate them quickly. I had to teach my friend how to hold down the boomerang button to keep it held at where it was thrown, and how to shake the controller to make it go a little further. It operated like the cutter from Kirby. After a very long time, we made it through the puzzle.

Somewhere later in the dream Donald Trump was trying to eat a gigantic chocolate croissant without looking foolish. He tried eating a small piece of it, which was still the size of a horse.
